Our Lawn Restoration treatment is a renovation service that we advise customers to undergo as an alternative to re-turfing. It is also a good process to select if you would like to improve your lawn with professional-grade grass species.
The treatment is recommended for those lawns with bare patches or heavy moss/thatch. Alternatively, you may want this service if you want to improve the quality of grass species in your lawn. Essentially, we strip the lawn right back and reseed it.
Some lawns can be in such poor condition that they require a complete refurbishment to restore them back to full health. Our Lawn Restoration process includes the following.
- Aggressive, multiple-pass scarification
- Heavily over seeding the lawn
- Wetting Agent application
- FREE fertiliser application to aid recovery
- Top dressing is not included but is recommended

How long will it take my lawn to recover?
We typically carry out our lawn restoration process between April and September when weather conditions are favourable and sufficient warmth and moisture is available. Following the completion of the renovation we will provide you with a guide of mowing and watering to care for your new lawn. Providing the aftercare is carried out, full grass coverage should be achieved within 8-12 weeks.
